It's all nice, warm, and cuddly that so many of you dismiss what is said on the internet as "not court stuff." If I was Lealos or Van Kalken, I'd sue the pants off of SALV and McLachlan and Bruce would be testifying. You can't go into a public medium and accuse people of fraud and thievery. Need I remind you that the internet is read by millions. Questioning competence, performance, and motivation is nothing in comparison to claiming criminal behavior. It smells of a last ditch defense to me. No one has answered my earlier question. In most US public companies, the management and BOD could be held personally responsible for the failure of the company. They are even attacked for stock performance. But what if the Directors and management are foreign nationals who have their assets in tax havens like Jersey? Isn't that suspicious? But of more concern, is there any way to go after such individuals and make them liable? There could be a chance to recover something from them. Has anyone asked SALV or McLachlan why he is "the former CFO of Boeringer Mannheim?" What was the story on his departure? Was he "fired?" Why would he go from upper management of one the world's largest diagnostic/pharmaceutical companies to lowly SALV?

The kinds of posts that get put on this thread just convince me all the more that marijuana should be legalized.
