The saddest thing is, it came from Neal Katz's office. He's the same one who said they won't put a release out of insignificant, non-events such as product availability and improvements. But this qualifies?? Ha, F***ing, Ha - please get your plan of BS'g straight. Aiding and abetting and conspiracy are illegal too! If the shareholders don't put your asses in jail, one of your "partners" will. That's guaranteed. They don't want their goodwill tarnished by your BS news releases. Your legal department is doing just as poor of a job in covering your butts. Corporate veils and ignorance won't pull you out of the hole you've dug.
