Later that week, Biden made his second ever appearance in the White House press briefing room EXACTLY when Kamala was making her critical appearance on The View. After Kamala said Ron DeSantis was not communicating with the White House over hurricane relief, Biden praised DeSantis and said they are talking and he has his direct number.
