IMHO I really do not think that the company is sitting on information. If they were, I think the "market" would have gotten wind of it by now, and most likely, shares trading would be alot higher than it is.

I am completely convinced they have news they do not wish to release yet because they see getting the financials out as equivalent to completely erasing the chalkboard, and news as fresh writing to go on it. I share this view with them. I'm also convinced the project you saw has nothing to do with ARET. Some time after you reported seeing it, Delmar told me the "letter of intent" project had not been started yet because the principals were still trying to nail down financing.
