Another 5 form 144's registering insider stock to be sold were filed on Feb. 19th and 4 more were filed the day before that.

edgar-online.com

That brings the total count to 14 in the last month, not counting the 2 biggies filed back in November. I Found one of those posted here:

insidertrader.com

10 insiders filed back then for a total of 969,527 shares,....I know there was still another filing in November, but I can't seem to track it down.

This does not bode well for the AMZN float.....expect it to be growing by leaps and bounds over the next few weeks.
Remember, the float was only 3 million shares, that's why the stock was able to be goosed up so high. Insider holdings are 19.3
million shares and they are registering it to be sold.....the shorts will be able to easily cover and you will have to find ALOT of
new buyers if AMZN is to sustain these lofty overvalued levels......good luck to the longs, you will need alot of it going
forward. I am short, and very comfy with my position...........;^)
