That is correct, and CMS does a large percentage of her trading through Haywood as well. It fact in the recent insider trading report due to come out, you will see she has bought and sold PFG recently through them. But the good news on the sales were that they were going to tight hands within her family, and she is more confident then ever that the shares she sells to her relatives will appreciate in price substantially.
