Her word or The people she told Her testimony, the testimony of those whom she told at the time. Records that proved Trump was lying when he said he wasn't there. Trump's own testimony that showed he was lying when he said he wasn't attracted to her "type". The dress she kept and offered up into evidence The jury heard it all. I think they even blocked the jury from hearing Trump strut and crow about his attacks. And the jury didn't hear Trump describe his usual method of attacking his victims. Trump's own words indicate that she wasn't the only victim so it is safe to say that. Trump could have simply submitted DNA evidence. If Trump was truthful that would have exonerated him completely and totally, on the spot. He refused because he is exactly what he brags about being, a sexual predator. And Americans are not down with liking sexual predators, disliking Trump a lot isn't a sexual hangup. And that would be the truth no matter what the sexual orientation of a victim was, trans, gay or straight. Proof is proof, juries are juries, Trump is a sexual predator. That he is also a fraud, a bloated blowhard, a thief, a liar and a convicted felon is also not good. Many people are reaching the conclusion that they are done with that asshole, just done. Trump's diminished mental state is increasing, the sty that is his mind is being revealed, it's very bad. Trump was always that ugly, that gross, people just couldn't get by the veil that his family money creates. To prove that this is right, take two magnets, put them underwater, observe, they still work.

Agreed on the differences of civil liability and criminal liability. I believe I stated that it was a civil case and that it was not a criminal case. The conclusion still stands that a jury found him liable for sexual assault. No evidence...her word against his. And, why did she wait so long? No evidence? I am not sure what was presented to the jury, do you? Obviously the jury heard enough testimony to believe her and not him. Why did she wait so long? I don't know, you can only go by what she said on the stand. The jury must have believed her. This piece recounted her testimony, which satisfied the jury. cbsnews.com I do not believe Trump testified, but he could have. And I believe Trump counter sued her, but it was tossed. I see no reason to not believe the jury's decision.
