Eric: on CIEN: Great call! many similarly good calls just go unnoticed in this market. IMO the stock should drift down further. Probably wise to hold down to your short. But again you never know. With the market being so high you may even get the extra boost from a market drop! Pancho

When a favorite high flier falls out of favor, the punishment is likely to be brutal and extended. >> Don't hold your CIEN short for too long, it's going much higher in the future. Today was just a good buying opportunity to get in on one of the great growth stocks of the next century. Also, you said in your previous post that Lucent had a superior product. That is not the case, LU is still trying to play catch up to CIEN.
