A-Z thanks for sharing that with us. I would add that far smarter people than I, are paid big dollars to analize companies for institutions. These people sat with its board and with Mr. Peters in private. Long story short did they plop down serious capital to line Franks pockets?

Beautiful response. Logical and professionally presented.

You should work for (or subcontract to) Mr. Peters...

...or do you already ?

;-)

This relates to the issue of incentive through executive compensation.

My 2 cousins now have have 26 million shares of a NYSE company they built. The initial stock price was 3 and based on their business ability it went up enough to split 2 for one, then went up to 46 and split two for one and is now at 70.

My uncle says their company is a good investment because

"It is important to the boys."

I guess that helps me have a different sense of executive compensation than Mr. Bass or others who overly concern themselves with counting the money of company leaders who are hard working, have integrity and are blazing new trails into a somewhat unknown future.
