Steve,

Yes, I was thinking of their fun and games, but also how some people worry if their data feed is a couple of seconds behind, when the input can be 90 seconds off. Talk about garbage in, garbage out. :-))

One more quick question, does the same 90 second rule apply for large block trades that are crossed by a single market maker in-house, and then simply reported to Nasdaq?
