Texas Pacific, KKR adjust terms of Oxford deal-WSJ NEW YORK, Feb 20 (Reuters) - Texas Pacific Group and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co have adjusted terms of their $600 million rescue package for Oxford Health Plans Inc <OXHP.O> the Wall Street Journal said Friday in its electronic edition. Citing people familiar with the matter, the newspaper said the move is apparently meant to fend off a rival bid from another investment group. The Journal said the revised terms were more attractive to Oxford than the original structure. The exact nature of the changes couldn't be determined, the newspaper said. 02:47 02-20-98
