Marsha Kearney was caught on camera stealing a package while wearing her son's jersey. She was charged with one count of misdemeanor theft. This wasn't the first time Kearney was charged with theft. Earlier this year she allegedly stole household items including "food, tumblers, laundry products, merchandise and socks." Rashee Rice also has a problem with the law.
