Pan Am is an air carrier providing selected long-haul, point-to-point, low fare full service over a limited network of routes throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico. As of 6/97, the Company operated five Airbus A300-B4 aircraft. biz.yahoo.com In a move to accelerate its cost reduction program, Pan American World Airways (AMEX:PAA - news) said Thursday that it will ground its two remaining widebody A-300's on Feb. 25.
