Paul, it is frustrating. Don't take it personally, you and Bob doing very good job here on SI and over telephone but overall performance of RT can't be rated higher then very poor. At the very beginning of real time service you were warned by Papyrus not to take more then 200 clients. Why? It's not only a matter of your ISP capacity. Don't be surprised finding after T-1 will be installed that you (we) still have problems. SQL server has limitations in number of clients and NAQ, seems to me, has tendency to keep upgrading of the system behind so slowdowns will be always here unless you will put interests of paying crowd ahead. And beginning of every month will be happy for everybody who kept teeth tight and decided to give this service another month to correct "minor" problems. Your superiors should know that number of potential client reducing every time somebody signs your service and gives it up.
Regards, Michael.

Paul T,
Quite a few multi-minute brown-outs today. Trace has been clean.
And several of my tick and minute charts have been mashed by bad data in the past few days.
