WPC. I assume they gave out all the bad news at once. Who knows though? I've been buying small amounts all day as the stock has fallen. I believe I'll be ok with holding this very diversified (business and geographical) reit for a year or so, until maybe more people will regain a favorable opinion of the management from their cut of the dividend this year. If the stock even remains where it is today, that's a 6% yield, and I'm ok in deploying some cash for that and a bet the stock moves higher withing a year or so.
