I cant see buying it now ahead of earnings and likely election turmoil. I think more likely than not the stock revisits low of $54 and change before year end. I also wonder despite it being triple net lease how much negotiation will ensue with its customers given the likely sharp increases in utility and insurance costs. conference call will be interesting bitcoin continues to be interesting to me. I am surprised it has not made new highs yet. I wonder how many transactions are now taking place in the world where a good portion of the transaction includes unreported bitcoin. I imagine its a large amount and growing.
