Some analysts say BRICS offers Africa a bigger say in the changing global order. @Leon The West can do everything. They can plunder emerging markets, robbing their resources, drag them into Dollar debts via IMF and Worldbank, and if they don't play their game of Western-rules-based economy they get sanctioned or bombed. Makes total sense for the hegemon but obviously not for African and Asian nations now asking the BRICS for alternatives. ceo.ca
