Estimates for Q1 keep coming down. Now as low as 18c. Wasn't it in the mid 20s just a few months ago? Concern about drop in MCI rev's is growing. Will Celcore really be profitable by end of year, given they paid such a high multiple for stock? Look at what TLAB did. Bought Coherent Comm that was already very profitable, paid less of a multiple for it, and expect it to not lower TLAB earnings immediately, unlike Celcore purchase is doing to DSC. NKT will be down this Q. No real progress there. IMTN still a drain. Who knows when that segment will be profitable. NO new exciting technology on horizon.
Even if you stumble, if you have a good record, like ADCT, Street more forgiving.Look how that rebounded. No one has faith in DSC. But when pessimism is greatest, perhaps soon time to buy?

Steve,

Nothing good. Moving Average Convergence/Divergence (MACD) indicates a bearish trend. Chart pattern indicates a downward trend.

MarketEdge says up/down volume pattern indicates that the stock is under "DISTRIBUTION". It also says to look for support at $18.81.

I keep remembering the phrase, "don't fight the tape."
