IMO, the Founder of a Board, such as this one, should publicly announce at least 3 individuals who that Founder would want to Moderate that Board once that Founder is no longer able to do so. Those names could be put in the Header to that Board. Those 3 individuals should then be subject to a VOTE by those who regularly participate in the activities of the Board. Eligibility to VOTE could be defined by a minimum number of Posts that an individual has made on that Board. It may be the case that the Founder would change their mind about that list over time, but that change should be made public in the Board's Header. Needless to say, SI Management would have to comply with the above and would then have to appoint the Board's new Moderator based on the outcome of the VOTE. In that way, the ORIGINAL Sentiments and Principles on which the Board was based at its inception, would be maintained and overseen. bruwin
