That may well be the case ..... I seem to remember that there was a fair amount of "To-ing and Fro-ing" at that time, PLUS SI Management had their own ideas, especially with regard to those who were already Banned by Honey_Bee. At the end of the day the original Founder of a Board knew what he/she wanted for that Board at its Inception. And over time the Founder would have decided who would be best to continue to Manage and Moderate the Board. Therefore, IMO, all that SI Management needs to do is to oversee the Election based on the 3 Pre-named Candidates. Once a new Moderator is chosen, the FINAL and ONLY act of SI Management is to "Install" the new Moderator ...... NO messing around with the existing Ban List .... ANY "Adds" or "Omits" will now be up to the newly installed Moderator. Q.E.D.
