RUT

Note: I've started to eliminate the signal bar horizontal channels on the charts where the "busyness" was just to much. The FTS bands are working quite well and help define the specific battlegrounds I'm looking at for entries. I also like them when the security moves to far from them as the zones they highlight do have a draw.

What I have in the following are cci up and downtrend channels, cross bar horizontal channels and FTS bands

Daily broad tradingview.com

Daily close tradingview.com

Broad shows the abundance of cross channel horizontals in the low 2000s. RUT has worked through this zone going in both directions.

Recently it tried the pull away maneuver yet again only to be pulled back to retest. As of this post, today's low is a kiss of the top of this channel. This is my type of entry for a longer term positional play. Stop will be very tight to whatever low RUT ultimately puts in.

At a minimum I like RUT to return to the overhead cross channel.
