Looks like the 9th Circuit may be looking at the 5th Circuit's work soon.
Good thing the homework's already been done. 9th Circuit seems to take the easy way out a lot, but in this case, they'll have to do extra work to undo the precedent.

So, this is one reason the Pres. of the Senate can rule Electors invalid?
According to Pence, he had No Choice but to validate all Electors.
