It does seem to be getting a reaction. Given the potential of this project and the substantial investment required for its development, the Board of Directors has decided that it should be advanced by an entity independent from the Company I wonder what this means in practise, given that the phosphate rock NPK uses to produce its fertilizer is the same rock that holds the REEs. Will they hive off the REE rights to a subsidiary or sell them off to a separate compan? I can see logisitcal issues either way, so maybe they will give off part of their landholdings?? LC
