pricing and licensing arrangements for pICAsso, Hydra . . .

Where did this information come from I have seen no reference to this effect.

Hey Ray,

Microsoft's version of ICA is RDP. Citrix owns ICA. Yeah, users can buy/get upgrade to run RDP if they are willing to have mud slow performance, no load balancing, no high-level encryption, no management tools, no choice of what other clients they can use.

Using system without Picasso doesn't make any sense to me.

As far as licensing goes, MSFT and CTXS have a done deal. What neither party has done is set down product pricing. Technically, Citrix can reduce their price because they do not have to pay to support Multi-Win(Hydra) engine.
