I know a lot of Koreans that ate dog because I was with them. :-)
Speaking of which, It'll finally be banned in 2027 ...

South Korea passes bill to ban eating dog meat, ending controversial practice as consumer habits change (CNN)

Both the ruling party and the opposition party supported the bill, which is a rarity in Korean politics. It's almost as rare as Trump and Harris agreeing on anything.
