Maybe he will, maybe he won't. No matter what the vote count is, one Party will be claiming victory whether they win or lose. We both know what Party that is. When you were a young kid, when you lost a game of BB, baseball, or soccer, did you admit your defeat and congratulate your opponent? Or did you refuse to shake your opponents hand and go home saying you were cheated? Did your parents allow you to do that? Just wondering.
