thanks for the thought, but, again, my decades-past studies showed that 95 % of all "assumed as useful fundamental items" are not, and have rarely ever been , of directly applicable, price-predictive value (DAPPV) which is why my "PSYCLE sm" ignores 95 % of everything others try to use....I save tons of time, reduce stress, and have done way better than most others....that said, and without knowing anything about your situation and needs, ask yourself this Q:

"if," and note, I said "if", the "asian thing" WAS of DAPPV, then how come I bought depr. techs. near their lows, when 95 % of evryone else was scared and bearish ? and, how come they have risen since then ? if the "fundamentals" are supposed to be worsening still, how come we timed it well, and it rose ? because "corporate items" normally have almost nothing to do with their stock's price moves, S.T.
you see, stocks hardly ever move on news, in the way most people think they do or should....tops and bottoms have formed in the same manner for decades, and earnings, etc., mean next to nothing.... but the fact that 95 % of all people want to believe they do, provides "us" with great buy/short opportunities often, near bottoms/tops.... sort of contrary but not really....also, "PSYCLE sm" traders never watch every minute, nor try to examine every little day to day thing, dig ? a waste of time, historically...technicals beat fundamentals any time, and always have....learn to master the patterns of human and chart behavior, and ignore 95 % of all financial/news stuff, and you will improve forever....the fact that so many people get so upset when I mention this helpful fact, attests to its validity...
hope this helps, and sorry I cannot relate my stock price expertise, with any fundamentals....the 17 to 22 move on UTR was sort of an obvious and easy, normal bottom pattern, especially for a tax-selling bounce, as I said...now, it must break over next resistance ...while other similarly positioned issues are not doing so....we shall see....but, very-short-term, may be rough from 22 ? I am VG, but not perfect....I just try to get close, and take the easiest, lowest-risk trade....with no emotion, and no greed, and no "hopes"....best wishes, till next time....
