In addition, and to better reflect the new focus and activities of the Company, it is anticipated that the Company's name will change to "Winchester Equity Corporation" and its common shares will begin trading on the TSXV with the trading symbol "WEC" upon completion of the COB. The Company received approval from its shareholders to effect the name change at the annual and special meeting of shareholders which took place on June 23, 2023.
