<BFIT> With the current bullish (or crazy) market, some firms w/ the help of fund managers seem to have the tactics of robbing (investors/short squeezed)to get the money first, then hire lawyers later (or pay off the debt to show the biz is improving) to get off the hook or for justifying the stock price.

BFIT: a post I made to the BFIT Yahoo thread:

Hi! I am the real Pancho Villa. The one that posts in SI. Some dummy decided to take my identity in Yahoo so I was forced to add SI to my name. It is interesting to see people spread rumors in these threads. So called employees and others. The truth of the matter with BFIT is that even coercing people to sign 4 year contracts with hefty financial costs has not helped much in the past and it won't in the future. As some one mentioned (also read my latest post at Roger's short picks for 98 at SI), the day will come when they will have to stop the legal but dishonest practice of forcing people who generally go to the gym the first two weeks of January to commit for 4 year. Gym's will continue to screw people with cheap one year memberships, but IMO the law will put a limit. It is rediculous to expect an 18 year old [and many older people] who cannot even commit to a personal relationship beyond a few months to stay married to a gym for 4 years. What BFIT is/has tried to do is become the ultimate ganster among the crooks in the business of screwing people with Gym memberships. Others screw people for only one year and lesser amounts. BFIT is king, going all the way. Screws customers for 4 years and on top of it charges them interest!

Re:BFIT

I wonder if our friend Asensio is looking at BFIT. If not, someone should have him take a look at it and your analysis thereof.
