Sherman, what makes you think that CRUS is sitting on its cash? Typically, when a company does a buy back program, they do it over a long period of time so as not to "rock the boat...uh I mean share price".

There have been a few days in the last couple weeks where volume has been roughly double the avg daily. Crus could have been buying then. We're talking about an amount up to 10Mil shares that they may buy and if gradually done it won't rock the boat (or the stock).
