I would say reports of "still trying to fix the voting system" in September 2024 is leaving things a bit late in the day for this years 2024 USA Presidential Election.

Even a paper ballot system has issues. I remember voting in the last UK election. A local Election official questioned the use of using pencils to mark the vote. It's historical I guess, but black pens would be a better idea. Some political groups advise bringing a black pen to the voting booth to ensure someone in the back room with an eraser and a pencil isn't "improving" the voting process.

Your talk of "there are no problems" doesn't cut it as far as I am concerned.

Just my view.
