Jon, I currently have mixed feelings about CS Wireless dropping out of the LMDS auction. My guess is that CS decided in the last minute to preserve capital. Also, with the forthcoming FCC ruling for 2-way MMDS, CS may have decided it did not need the additional 28 GHz spectrum. On the other hand, I believe that LMDS licenses in a few key markets could have been a good long-term strategy to compliment and/or diversify CS' wireless operations.
