Tech Master, your assumption regarding the sale to an institutional investor is 100% accurate. As Jeff mentioned a few days and a couple of hundred posts ago, he had been called by an analyst doing some homework on ALYD. I had also been called and, on a strong hunch, called a contact at the firm who confirmed the purchase. He also said that Bob declined to sell when first asked, and instead gave some names of large holders that may or may not be interested in selling. When these holders declined, the firm went back to Bob and he agreed to sell. In fact, each time Bob has sold, he has done so at the request of a mkt. maker or institution seeking a large amount of stock. All in all, no big deal.
