Dear Kenny My Mexican lawyer assured me that since I was in Mexico, I was not subject to the BLUE Waters laws, and further informed me that the Fishing Tails Reform Act was not applicable. You must further understand that the weight (of the fish or the story) is inversely related to the amount of coronas consumed and the current market rate of the Paso. Sorry about any confusion. It's a bitch ain't it. Think I will go fishing. May take some time off the clock. Fishing time doesn't count. It's free. I like to keep it simple. I like catching bluegill on a fly rod. On average, they probably come in at 1/2 lb. but they have alot of fight and you get a lot of action. May do some top water bass fishing too. May have to wait until mid spring. Have bigger fish to fry. Good Luck PS: Looking forward to some fishing time. Hope they will be biting. <g>
