You've got to read between the lines, my friend. Though actually, this release makes it fairly clear. FBRR states that they are actively searching for a private company to merge with, and name the several fields of industry they are searching for. Combine this w/ Ed Meyer's info, and you can see that this merger is most likely imminent. No, this stock shouldn't be bought based on its current fundamentals. They have no business, own about 10 cents worth of bonds per share, and are currently losing money in administrative costs. Buying these shares is based on the liklihood of a merger. Check out TVSI which recently announced a reverse merger. They shot up from 2 cents to 30 cents before settling back down some. And FBRR is a much better set-up shell, w/ many fewer shares outstanding.
