Actually Colin.....the Barron's author didn't have a clue when I spoke to him...(actually wanted me to pay for him to fly out and discuss it with me...........geeeeeze).......... he simply noted the law as a way to get an article published basically....as to nuts and bolts....he totally disavowed himself. AS it was.....it took a few days to get hold of him....he shares offices.... in a group situation with unrelated firms....the secretaries didn't even know his schedule or what he does...that kind of thing.... causing me visions of frayed cuffs and paul newman in the court room movie where the boozer finally wins...sort of thing... but I digress....
