Georgia Gulf (GGC, 32 1/2) calls.

I just entered into some August calls. Last time I went into GGC calls, I was able to make a nice bundle...around 90%. Hopefully, I've done the right homework again this time around.

Management authorized a large 20% share buyback a few weeks ago because of strong cash flow and attraction valuations. The stock is still where it was 3 1/2 years ago, and management seems driven to increase shareholder value. After running from 28 to 36 3/4 this year, the stock has retraced about 50% to its 30-day exponential moving average, providing a decent entry point. 9-day RSI had a positive breakout today. Fundamentals appear above-average with GGC's costs are lower than the industry average since the company is significantly vertically integrated.
