Mark, You are right of course. Certainly, the foundation of this thread has always been to give everyone's opinions a lot of respect. We have been going after Gregg fairly hard, but I suspect if you read between the lines all of us are just having a little fun. I would bet 90% of the people putting some friendly pressure on Gregg agree with him. We just are sick and tired of posters who are disrespectful and rude. Maybe we took it too far, but I personally think it was a good lesson for Gregg to learn. Certainly if Gregg begins to post analysis without personally attacking anyone who disagrees with him then he will be treated with respect. He certainly has some good points. You can't fault his enthusiasm. I apologize to my friends on this board for my digression from the Informix analysis. Personally, I am so impressed with the company and how its executing that all I have to say is that its time to just give Informix time to play out. What more is there to say for now. Until we see what happens next quarter, I don't think we really have much to comment on. All is going extremely well at Informix This is just my bullish commentary. Have a good weekend everyone. The key to making this true, in my mind, over and above simply stopping the name calling, is keeping OBJECTIVE. The SI thread, on any subject, tends to be superior than what you get on the Yahoo threads because its users have some hurdles to jump just to participate. They have to go a little further towards identifying themselves, at least. What you get a lot of on the Yahoo threads is empty cheerleading/stock promotion. To the the extent that this behavior gets minimized on the SI thread, I think you'll also see people being more civilized and keeping their contributions relevant to the matter at hand: IFMX. So, I think it's worth emphasizing that the second part of what you said be observed as much as the first.
