Bob, I took a look at the information.Just a guess It has something to do with selling of warrents/stock to a private party.Someting to do with a bridge load agreement. Reading between the lines I think we have an investor.The market likes it. Could you imagine going to the open market to purchase 800,000 to a million shares of MNTG. If someone selling one hundred shares could move the stock down 1/8 as per wed close. Gee, just think how a million share buy order would rocket the stock. This stock is it is tightly held.Even on very heavy trading days.You might trade 400,000 shares. Someone is buying if not we would not be at $2.75. 11/32 is a BIG move. <33cents>.We could make even a bigger move on monday.Whats going to happend when MNTG hits $3.00.?Everone has the weekend to thing about $3.00 a share. All charts are breaking out. Bob

Bob C, I looked everywhere for this URL and can't locate it anywhere! I was able to find a description of an 8k filing. It says: "A report of unscheduled material events or coperate changes which could be of importance to shareholders or the SEC. Examples: Acquisitions, bankruptcy,resignation of a director,or changes in the fiscal year." Whatever it was I would say based on MNTG's performance today it was nothing negative. My guess would be in the area of clearing up debt from the previous board or something along those lines. But that's only a wild guess without finding the 8k and reading it. I seriously doubt it was anything negative. These guys are at present, are about making serious money! That's all I got. If you can get the exact URL I'd like to look at the 8k. Thanks, Jay
