Pugs.... If you believe the SEC has been satisfied by the companies 8K, then we should be able to infer that the Mmkrs have been satisfied by the 8K as well?? I would assume that one of them would have a vested interest in making some kind of market in this stock so that they could "BUST THAT SHORT" and put the hurt on their rival Mmkrs. I would say that the SEC exonerating this company would be a significant event and worthy of a public statement to that effect by RMIL management. Wouldn't you?? I'll believe it when they publically stick their necks on the legal chopping block and state it publicly. I submit that you, sir, don't know what the HLL you are talking of in regards to the requirements of 15c2-11. If NASD and the Mmkrs were provided the "nod" by the SEC, this stock would already be trading at a minimum on the "pink sheets". But alas, you haven't heard anything publically from RMIL managment since the trading halt. That smacks of a company in deep doo-doo and unwilling to put anything in hard-copy. I ask you again, where are the latest 10Q's and K's. I talked with the company in Nov, I think, and they stated several times that the financials were going to be out in three weeks. It has been three months and still no 10Q. I know, they are waiting for the merger to be finalized. Well, why couldn't they put out what they have and then amend the filings later for the merger? Do they need money to finish up the audit? If they do, where are they going to get the money? If they were given the go ahead and cleared by the SEC, wouldn't they be trading by now, or at least put out a pr? Also, I am curious if you ever contacted the SEC or NASDAQ complaining about the short interest in this stock? Good luck, Eric P.S.
