John - I agree. Am I wrong or did CPQ say they would "complete" the acquisition by end of Feb?

I agree, especially since CPQ is Intel's biggest customer and Intel had an excellent week. Intel going up and CPQ going down does not make much sense since CPQ buys twice the # of processors from Intel that Dell does.
