Your point on trust is well made John and no argument from me on the manner in which governments can screw up well intended ventures. For myself I just wish they would get on with this court business so that the fairness of the situation could evolve. We, the investment community rely on such institutions as the courts to reveal some measure of truth so that we can make reasonable decision and you as a venture company pay the price of these delays as well. Oh well if it was a perfect world K.. would have a gold medal for there hockey team in the olympics.
