I dont think you can used leveraged "stocks" that use options the same way you use regular stocks for charting. Leveraged securities like NUGT have an inherent negative slippage due to the time value of options eroding. If the underlying securities ( ie gold miners) stayed stable the leveraged security (NUGT) would decrease in value
