There's a ton of info out there, mostly aimed at the private company thinking about going public. Most of it, is put out by financial investment companies, who put the deals together.

The trick for us will be finding the shells. I wonder how the deal maker's find the shell?

Gary, how did Midland and Arcon get together?

Out of 5,000 OTC's, how many possible shells are there?
