Does anyone have a reference to the CRN article with the Intel roadmap, in particular the new introductions and price cuts in the March to May time frame, including a major round of cuts on April 15th ?

There was an article in PC Week this week with a different roadmap, and the price cuts were pushed out (April to May) and not as steep, in particular for the PII/266. CRN had the PII/266 below $200 by 4/15, which I have seen elsewhere also, while PC Week now has it at $275 in May.

Hi Michael,

Thanks for the article, it just so happens that I am in the market for a new notebook.

The article didn't mention the three new models to be offered (or have been offered) by Sony; they, too, sounded irresistible from the articles I read.

Have a nice weekend,
Ibexx

Michael - Re: ""It comes down to price and then parts availability," said Paul Maier, technical manager at Aga Gas Inc., in Cleveland. "

I think CyberMAX knows this all too well.

Guess how many K6 notebooks they are going to ship this quarter?

Hint # 1 - between 0 and 1.

Hint # 2 - it isn't 1.
