I understand what you are saying Robert "who is at fault?" and to me
this is not a blame condition and should not be addressed as a blame condition but relates to a market condition that promoted the
current malaise in the gold mining sector and as you realize many
mines have been closed all over the world but the picture I have here
is one here of legal rights and the K... have acted in a tyrannical
fashion. The question I have is will fund managers take the risk
under this current cloud of mistrust and venture in smaller companies
like SPE. I don't completely understand the terms of the new
financing but I believe there was mention of a 2 million share
issue with other types of guarantees (gold hedging) for the loans.
So far what we have been reading from John Menzies reports are a
growing faith in the larger more stable Blue Chip companies and I
wonder how long it will take to transfer some of this faith to
smaller foreign ventures.
