I look forward to the "extensive direct mail and advertising program that you addressed in your previous responce. The V.S.E. is in a very weak period right now, and I hope we have not hit a bear market for a few years. There appears to be some (limited)money in Toronto, but all-in-all the U.S. (Dow & Nas) appears to be the driving finanical equity market. If ESI was posted on the Nasdaq I would say that you would have the attention of more investors for your news release.

Not to be a pessimist about the E.S.I. stock over the next few weeks, but I hope you get the responce you expect. I find that there is not as much excitement in the V.S.E. these days since the Bre X scandal. It appears that investors are hiding their money under their mattresses instead putting it into the market. And if Bre X wasn't enongh, we read the latest about Golden Rule, and then G.M.D. Resources. It's no wonder the Boomers have their money under their mattresses.

I hope you and your company have a good "Read" on the responce of investors on the V.S.E. & are able to make investors situp and pay attention. My only real disappointment about your company & E.S.I. is that you were NOT paid entirely with options!!! That way I would feel extremely confident that the stock would be $3.00 - $4.00 instead of $0.67. I find that the more you have at stake, the more effort you put forth. You can bet your bottom Dollar that I (& two friends) will be paying attention to the E.S.I. stock over the next month, and you can bet we will be continuing this conversation again. I hope this company does well on the V.S.E. because it needs a number of promising companies like this one for the strength of the market. I hope the E.S.I. thread becomes a little more active as well. With the number of conversations over the few months you can tell there are very few people aware of E.S.I. & and very few even asking questions.

Thank you again for your time in this matter.
