rod,you asked. IMO, the release(as well as the three previous releases
on YaHoo) was a non-event,pure fluff, with no value, substanceless. It basically laid out an idea/direction-better kept in the boardroom. DD

Rod: I think a good way to see what happened here is to go back to the start. Note the Thread was put up just several hours before the public release by the company. Then read the first few posts well. The I would read the release that came out around 7 that night. Then the paper article and then the next release. Read the carefully as both say very little.

Then the post about a retraction of the newspaper article. Then more excited hype.

Then to opening and the day...flat. I really think if you read those few posts and the news releases very well and take note of the timing you will get an idea what may have happened.

Of course that is only my opinion, but it can't hurt to do it and make your own. Especially the first few posts.

Big news?? I see no news whatsoever.

In so many words what the release said is that the company with no business so far, is merging with a three year old company, that has no business so far. Terms of the merger TBA.

The product's have not yet been produced but you can buy them now on our internet site.

We cannot announce the names of the "future" hall of famers even though they currently serve on the BOD.

Even though we have successfully completed a "turnaround", we don't have the financials to prove it......

Where's the beef?

Rod,
The first release was let out on a Fri. nite, the MM's had all week-end to plot, examine the SI thread and come up with a game plan. I believe that when MM's got the Market Orders , they kept raising the Ask knowing full well that they would short it millions of shares and get to a price where they could cover for a fraction of their profits.
Today, Investors were very aware of their last round with the TVSI MM's, they put in limit orders which the MM's couldn't milk.
IMO, TVSI shareholders must keep the MM's guessing....no talk of upcoming release dates, times, etc....the MM's watch the S.I. thread.Shareholders hurt themselves by informing the MM's of release times....TheMM's have been calling the Co.,particularly Sharpe , for info to no avail, the Co.is being smart ,now we must be smart.
The next release is a big one,it is due out shortly, enough said on that....but ,it will entice buying and the MM's won't be able to hold it back without betting the farm (IMO).
All the Best
Pugs
