statista.com Lots of government waste to cut, the number of federal employees has not changed since 1982 while population grew. Meanwhile….. so what is it that blows up USA? Interest on debt, social security, Medicare and Medicaid, income security…. The chart of government employees includes state employees. I am sure teachers can be fired especially if they close dept of education employing half of government workers.
