From Trump's point of view, it is all about dollars and cents and the best use in terms of where the money should be spent, the biggest bang for your buck.
You are changing the subject. From fears of WWIII to "bang for the buck."

I argue that Trump played up fears of WWIII a LOT more than Brandon did, just like PooTin wanted.

Does Trump truly fear WWIII? Probably not, but he sure benefitted from those fears.

Again, just like PooTin did.
